PRESIDENT'S AWARD FOR MOST IMPROVED SKATERS: The SCSSA President shall decide, at the end of the racing season, which skaters are, in the President's opinion, the Most Improved skaters, both male and female, for that season.  These skaters should not be novice, or first year skaters, unless the improvement is dramatic.  This award shall be in the form of a commemorative plaque or trophy, the cost of which shall be borne by the President, if possible, and if not, then by the SCSSA.

** 2009-2010 Season:  Most Improved skaters were not selected for this season, due to the lack of local competitions (we only had one) because of the difficulties caused by the National Completion schedule brought about by the Olympic Games and other considerations.
